If you purchased a one-time report and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@iqtestworld.com with your order details. We will process a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Your membership includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you were charged and wish a refund: • Contact us within 7 days of the charge • We will refund the most recent payment • Your membership will be cancelled immediately
Email us at support@iqtestworld.com with: • Your email address used at checkout • The date of purchase • A brief reason for your request (optional) We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
Refunds are not available if: • More than 7 days have passed since purchase • The account has been found to violate our Terms of Service
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
