I paid but did not receive my report.

After payment, you should be automatically redirected to your report. If this did not happen, email us with your order confirmation and we will send you the link manually.

How do I cancel my membership?

Email us at support@iqtestworld.com with your email address and we will cancel immediately. You can also manage your subscription directly through the Stripe customer portal.

I want a refund.

We offer full refunds within 7 days of purchase. Email support@iqtestworld.com with your order details and we will process it within 3-5 business days.

The test is not loading correctly.

Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page. Make sure you are using a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). If the problem persists, contact us.

Can I retake the test?

Yes — members have unlimited retakes included. If you purchased the one-time report, you would need to purchase again or upgrade to membership.

Is my data safe?
